Here is what is outstanding about my system, their Neighbor was on the market for $179k and I only paid $15k and negotiated seller financing. $15k for a house the neighbor was selling for $179k. My system is a system working and working well.
Folks that is a profit of $125,000 dollars just for having the right system with the right strategy and with the right marketing...
I bet you are asking yourself; why would someone sell their house for 15k when it is worth 140k?

My Recommendation
I joined the I Buy Houses program in mid February of 2008. At the time I was working on my own investor website and had hired a college student as my assistant to write my envelopes. I was getting very little response from the mail I sent out and wasn't really sure what marketing techniques to use.
At that point in time, I was introduced to this program and had a chance to play around with the I buy houses software. The next day I had a brief conversation with Michael about the opportunity and joined that day.
